Terms and Conditions

• Digital products (Bibliotech books and tools): files delivered by email right after payment.
• Software subscriptions (for example the Attendance System): access to an online system, billed monthly or yearly.
• Custom services (app development, automation, consulting): work agreed in a written quotation or contract, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

Prices are in Philippine pesos and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider, PayMongo. We never see or store your full card number, e-wallet PIN or bank login. You receive an emailed confirmation of every payment.

Digital products are delivered to the email address you give at checkout, usually within minutes, with a download link and an order number. Software access starts when your account is created; you receive a sign-in link by email. These emails, together with the payment confirmation, are the record that you received what you paid for.

• A free trial (for example 7 days) lets you use the software before paying. When a payment method is required to start a trial, it is not charged during the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and your payment method is charged the price shown at sign-up, then again at the start of each billing period.
• We email you a reminder before the first charge, and a receipt after every charge.
• You can cancel any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
• If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is paid. Your records are kept, and you can still view them.
• We tell you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect on your subscription.

• You are responsible for the accounts you create for your staff and for keeping passwords private.
• Use the software only for lawful purposes. Where it processes your employees' personal data (for example face recognition for attendance), you are responsible for informing them and getting their consent; the system records that consent for you.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access another customer's data.
• We work to keep the service available and your data safe and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

Data you put into our software stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. After a subscription ends you can ask us for an export of your records within 30 days; after that we may delete them.

A digital book is licensed to you for your personal use. You may not resell, share or publish it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law.

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version, and we email subscribers about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions: penfixads@gmail.com.
